 No Scalpel Vasectomy International, Inc (NSVI) with foreign doctors will be in the Philippines to conduct the Modern VASECTOMY (No-Needle/No-Scalpel) Mission. Will be in Manila Feb18-19 and in Cebu Feb 20-23, 2019.   

NSVI has been providing modern Vasectomy and started in Cebu City for 18 years now since 2001, through the Cebuano Fil-Am Founders who themselves had Vasectomy. The objective is to help those poor Filipino Men who have several children and intend no more additional children. This is the 3^rd year in Manila.

The NSVI Phil Mission Team will be headed by the current NSVI Pres. Dr. Douglas Stein, American Urologists, from Tampa, Florida who has been providing NSV services to 16 locations in Florida. Dr. Stein is a one of the Founders of World Vasectomy Day. Aside from NSV, he spends a lot of his time (1) training doctors to perform NSV with the most patient-friendly, most effective, and most efficient technique; active organizer of Vasectomy Networks worldwide in exchanging experiences/ideas with Vasectomists worldwide (2) organizing missions in developing countries with rapid population growth; and (3) performing vasectomy reversals. He has already performed over 44,000 vasectomies, as of Feb 2019. He himself had his vasectomy many years ago. In the US, based on statistics, there is an average of 500,000 Men who goes for vasectomy.

NSVI is the first to introduced the No Needle/No Scalpel Vasectomy in the Philippines. No Needle NSV is a  modern technique  which is a Safe, Simple & Quick (15 min. ave.) procedure, entail no incision, no suture, just Band-Aid! and  No-Needle, anesthesia. It is 99.85 % effective if instructions are followed. After NSV there are NO CHANGES in the semen, in sex drive, in climax sensation, in the testes or scrotum, or in erections. NSV is voluntary and intended only for those who don’t intend anymore additional children and are interested to avail of it. Aside from the information online, NSV brochures distributed, NSV Orientation/briefing will also be conducted during the mission, to make sure clients are well informed/questions are properly addressed,   before any procedure.
